The winner of this year’s Water Awareness Month Poster Contest is a fourth-grade student from Veterans Elementary School, Bakersfield. The contest, sponsored by the California Farm Water Coalition, is open to all fourth-graders in the state. Second place went to a student from Promenade Elementary School, Corona, and third place to a student from Maple Creek Elementary School, Fresno.
